Dr Zeenath Reza Khan is an Associate Professor at the University of Wollongong in Dubai and Founding President and Board Member of the ENAI Working Group Centre for Academic Integrity in the UAE. She is an award-winning researcher, educator and advocate in academic integrity, AI ethics and responsible technology use in education. She received the Tracy Bretag Prize for Academic Integrity in 2024 and the ENAI Research Excellence Award in 2021. Her work focuses on building cultures of integrity across schools and higher education through policy, pedagogy, student engagement, teacher training and values-based approaches to assessment.
Dr Khan has led several UAE and international initiatives on academic integrity, generative AI in education, student AI responsibility, and ethical classroom practice. She has developed guidelines, workshops, student engagement models and practical frameworks to support educators in responding to emerging technologies with confidence and care. Her current work explores how schools can move beyond fear and detection to build AI-literate, integrity-ready learners who use technology critically, honestly and responsibly.
