Zeena Al Assam is an educator, speaker, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, leadership, and human development. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Creative Nest Early Childhood Centre in Dubai, a leading trauma-informed nursery recognized for its relationship-based and child-centred approach to learning.

Holding a Master's degree in Education, Zeena is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), with additional training in trauma-informed practice and somatic approaches. Her work focuses on bridging educational excellence with emotional wellbeing, helping schools create environments where children, families, and educators can thrive.
