Wael Ibrahim is an educational leader with over 16 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, instructional coaching, and school improvement. He currently serves as a Vice principal and will transition into a principal role in August 2026. He has also held multiple leadership positions, including Director of School Development, Academic Director, and Head of Science.

Throughout his career, Wael has led initiatives in accreditation, strategic planning, assessment, data-informed decision-making, and the integration of emerging technologies in education. He played a key role in helping schools improve student outcomes, strengthen teaching practices, and successfully navigate external inspections and accreditation processes.

A College Board-endorsed AP Workshop Consultant and NEASC Lead Visitor, Wael has delivered professional learning workshops internationally. His work focuses on empowering educators through practical, evidence-based approaches that enhance teaching and learning.
