Profile
Victoria Hopkin is a leading voice on cultural ambidexterity: the capacity to lead across cultures without losing your own. Her work draws on more than two decades of leading multicultural teams across the UK, Singapore, Shanghai and Dubai. She challenges leaders to see cultural difference as a source of innovation, trust and belonging, rather than simply something to manage.
As CEO of The Cambridge Consultancy Group and Co-Founder of The Majlis Academy, Victoria specialises in Arabic teacher development, Cultural Intelligence (CQ®) and intercultural team dynamics. She has co-authored a series of bilingual Arabic–English storybooks and designs professional development programmes that celebrate Arab culture and strengthen multilingual provision across the UAE and GCC.
A Certified Intercultural Coach and CQ® Facilitator who has recently submitted her PhD on intercultural coaching at the University of Exeter, Victoria brings research and lived experience together in her work. She believes the leaders who will shape the future are those who can move between worlds with confidence.
