Dr. Vanda Gammoh is a distinguished educational leader, academic director, and board member with over 20 years of experience in school administration across the UAE and Jordan. She currently serves as Campus Director at the American Gulf School in Sharjah, leading academic operations and institutional performance. She played a pivotal role in securing full IB Continuum authorisation—the first in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates—while strengthening the school’s American, IB, and BTEC programmes.

An active IBEN member and external evaluator for Cognia, Dr. Gammoh has conducted numerous school evaluation visits. Previously, as Programs Director at the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), she specialised in assessment, school development, policy, and international standardised testing. She holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Abu Dhabi University (Excellent distinction), a BFA from Yarmouk University, and an Honorary Doctorate from East Bridge University. Dr. Gammoh excels in data-informed decision-making, professional development, and sustainable educational innovation.
