Thomas is currently the senior leader at EIS Jumeirah. He brings over 20 years of experience in education across the UK and international contexts, with extensive leadership experience at senior and principal level. His career includes leadership roles in the UK, as well as Senior Leader, Secondary Principal, and Head of School positions in Qatar and the UAE. Across these roles, Thomas has led school improvement, curriculum development, staff performance, and student outcomes in complex, high-performing school environments with experience of GCSEs, A Levels, MYP, DP and CP programmes.

A secondary education specialist, Thomas has been actively involved in school accreditation and inspection for over five years and currently works with COBIS. He has recently been accredited by the Educational Development Trust (EDT) in the UAE as a KHDA school inspector, further strengthening his expertise in quality assurance, school evaluation, and improvement planning. As a senior leader, Thomas is known for building inclusive, high-expectation cultures where both students and staff thrive. He has successfully guided schools through periods of growth and transformation, ensuring strong academic outcomes alongside student wellbeing and personal development
