Syeda Rabia Shafiq is an experienced school leader, scholar practitioner, and head of academics with a strong passion for improving students outcomes by transforming school leaders and implementing data-orientated strategic actions. As an MOE-licensed educational leader, she has led school improvement initiatives, teacher professional development, assessment quality assurance, curriculum enhancement, and data-informed academic planning. Her leadership approach is rooted in evidence, collaboration, reflective & reflexive practice, and the belief that every teacher can grow when supported with the right guidance and tools.

With a background in Business Management, professional development, and educational leadership, Syeda works closely with teachers, middle leaders, and senior teams to build strong classroom practice and sustainable improvement systems. She is currently pursuing doctoral research in education, with a particular interest in transformative leadership, artificial intelligence, teacher development, and future-ready learning. Her work focuses on using technology ethically and purposefully to strengthen human potential, empower educators, and create meaningful impact in schools.
