She currently serves as the Head of Secondary and whole school CPD lead at The Oxford School, Dubai, where she leads with vision, compassion, and a strong commitment to student success. With a master’s degree in education, Leadership and Management from Middlesex University Dubai, she is passionate about empowering student voice, strengthening teaching and learning, and developing a positive school culture.
Her leadership journey includes serving as the Principal of Al Murooj English School, Sharjah, where she played a key role in shaping school systems, building teams, and driving improvement. She strongly believes in creating opportunities for students to lead, speak, contribute, and grow as confident individuals. Her work reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence, inclusion, professional development, and nurturing future-ready learners.
