Síog Moore is the founder and principal of Little Land Montessori Nursery in Dubai, a globally recognised, award-winning, screen-free early years setting. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a unique blend of expertise as a neonatal nurse, Montessori leader, early years educator, and transformational emotional coach.

She is also the co-founder of TeachWise Vocational Institute, delivering internationally accredited Montessori and EYFS training programmes for educators.

Síog is deeply committed to supporting children’s emotional wellbeing through secure attachment, co-regulation, and respectful relationships. Her work helps educators and parents move beyond behaviour management to truly understanding the child.

Through her training and coaching, she shares practical, relationship-based strategies that build trust, foster resilience, and create emotionally secure environments where children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.
