Shari Allana Ponce-Goyal is a Licensed Professional Teacher specialising in Special Needs Education, with extensive experience in early childhood education, educational psychology, and inclusive learning practices. She currently serves as the SEN Coordinator and Head of Special Education at the Philippine School in the Sultanate of Oman, where she leads inclusion programs, develops Individualised Education Programs (IEPs), and conducts professional trainings for teachers and parents. Shari holds a Master of Arts in Special Education majoring in Learner Developmental Needs and has completed academic requirements for a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has worked with children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and learning disabilities across diverse cultural and educational settings. In addition to her school leadership role, she is an Adjunct Professor at UTEL University in Mexico, teaching Organisational Psychology and Educational Multimedia.
