Seemal Ali is an educational leader, Apple Teacher, and PhD candidate in Education at The British University in Dubai, UAE. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management (CGPA 4.0) from the American University of Ras Al Khaimah and has over 10 years of experience in K-12 education, including eight years in school leadership roles.

Currently teaching at Ajman American Private School, Seemal has led professional development programmes focused on artificial intelligence, educational technology, digital transformation, assessment, and innovative teaching practices. Her work bridges educational leadership with practical classroom implementation, helping schools integrate AI responsibly while improving teaching, learning, and teacher capacity.

Her current doctoral research explores how educational leadership influences AI integration in schools through instructional and structural support. Seemal has presented her research at national and international conferences and has published in peer-reviewed journals. She is passionate about empowering educators and school leaders with practical, research-informed strategies that prepare schools for the future of learning.
