Mrs. Sari Saliba is the General Manager of HEI UAE Early Learning Centre LLC, where she leads the introduction of Finland’s renowned Early Childhood Education model in the UAE.With a deep passion for children’s well-being, Sari began her career as a Registered Nurse before moving into social services, where she worked as a school social worker. She later earned her master’s degree in leadership and management and transitioned into early years management in Dubai. From there, she advanced to senior leadership roles as Head of Education and, subsequently, as Director of Operations and Education at a well-known early year's provider.Sari strongly believes that when parents and educators share the goal of a child’s happiness and well-being, they can work hand in hand to support each other’s role in the child’s life. She emphasizes a holistic approach to early years learning, advocating for socioemotional security, nurturing environments, and exploration through all the senses.Her mission is to ensure that every child experiences balanced development and joyful learning opportunities, while empowering both educators and parents in their essential roles
