Sara Abdel Moneim is the Head of MOE Subjects at GEMS Cambridge International School, Sharjah, with more than 16 years of experience in education. She is passionate about developing the teaching and learning of Arabic Language, Islamic Education, and Social Studies while promoting high standards of teaching and learning.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, specializing in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, and a Diploma in Educational Leadership from the American University in Cairo. Throughout her career, she has taught Arabic Language to both native and non-native speakers and Islamic Education in leading schools across the UAE.

Sara is a certified Safeguarding Trainer with Level 3 certification, and a trained School Inspector and Educational Evaluator. She has delivered professional development workshops and presented at educational and Arabic language conferences, supporting teachers and school leaders in improving classroom practice and student outcomes.

In addition, she is a certified Life Coach who believes in continuous learning, professional growth, and empowering others to achieve excellence.
