Profile

Saira Mohammed is a Wellbeing Leader and Educational Consultant with over 23 years of experience supporting students across international K–12 settings. Holding dual Master’s degrees in Psychology and Education, she specialises in student wellbeing, psychoeducational assessment, inclusive education, mental health support, and university and career counseling. Saira is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an accredited counselor. She conducts educational assessments and provides evidence-based recommendations for learning accommodations, academic success, and individualised support. Her expertise includes evaluating academic achievement, cognitive ability, learning difficulties such as dyslexia and ADHD, and social-emotional functioning. As Head of Wellbeing, Saira leads student support services, develops IEPs, delivers counseling interventions, and promotes trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices. She also guides students through global university admissions, including UCAS, Common App, and Unifrog pathways. A certified Applied Health Psychology practitioner, Saira regularly delivers professional development on safeguarding, child protection, mental health literacy, inclusion, and student wellbeing in the age of AI.
