Sai Bhavya Prabu is an international education leader, IB consultant, and curriculum specialist with over 16 years of experience in K–12 education. She currently serves as Head of International Curriculum at Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram, India, leading the development and implementation of programmes that foster holistic growth, learner agency, and future-ready competencies. She has held leadership positions including MYP Coordinator, DP Coordinator, Head of Sciences, and Accreditation Coordinator. Bhavya works extensively with the International Baccalaureate as an Evaluation Team Chair, Consultant, Workshop Leader, Curriculum Developer, Examiner, and Online Facilitator, supporting schools and educators across diverse international contexts. She also contributes to school improvement through accreditation work with CIS, COBIS, WASC, and NEASC. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of artificial intelligence, human flourishing, systems thinking, learner agency, and holistic education. Through her leadership, workshops, and conference presentations, she supports schools in designing human-centred learning ecosystems that nurture character, wellbeing, ethical decision-making, and future-ready skills, empowering young people to thrive in an increasingly complex world.
