Sahil Arora is the Director of TKS Dubai, an innovation program for ambitious teenagers run in partnership with the Dubai Future Foundation. A Columbia-educated psychology graduate, Sahil has worked across strategy, venture capital, education, and entrepreneurship, including roles with RBC, Plug and Play Ventures, and as the founder of a mindfulness company serving 100+ entrepreneurs. He is passionate about helping young people build confidence, think boldly, and develop the mindsets, relationships, and skills needed to create meaningful impact.
