She works alongside early childhood leaders and teachers to bring evidence-based approaches to life through coaching, mentoring, and meaningful professional learning. Rola also enjoys partnering with parents, delivering workshops that provide practical, research-informed strategies to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing both at nursery and at home. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education—and as both an educational leader and a parent—she is committed to helping create environments where children, families, and educators can all flourish.
