Dr. Rabia Shunaid Khan is a Head of Inclusion, researcher, speaker, and advocate for meaningful and sustainable inclusive education. With over 11 years of experience across inclusive and special education, she has led whole-school initiatives focused on improving outcomes for diverse learners through systems-level change, capacity building, and inclusive leadership. Rabia is the developer of the Inclusive Support Framework (ISF), a research-informed framework designed to bridge the gap between inclusive education policy and classroom practice. She is a TEDx organizer, GESS speaker, and doctoral graduate from the Universidad Católica de Murcia (UCAM), Spain, whose work challenges educators to move beyond superficial solutions and create lasting impact for all learners.
