Padmaja an experienced educator with over 20 years of international teaching experience and currently serves as Head of Technology. She has been recognised for excellence in teaching, receiving the “Best Teacher” award and a nomination as a school “Hero of Education” in recognition of her contribution to student learning and whole-school development.

Throughout her career, Padmaja has established ICT departments in multiple schools, leading the design and implementation of innovative, skills-based curricula and driving the effective integration of technology into teaching and learning. She has worked closely with educators to embed digital tools across subjects, ensuring meaningful connections to real-world learning, creativity, and problem-solving.

She is passionate about innovation in education and continuously develop future-ready learning experiences that empower students to become confident digital creators and critical thinkers. Her focus is on preparing learners for an evolving technological world by fostering collaboration, digital literacy, and real-world application of skills across disciplines.
