Olivia Mottram is an international educator, executive coach, and leadership development specialist with over 20 years' experience helping organisations build inclusive, high-performing cultures. An AC-accredited Executive Coach and former Headteacher, she currently leads school improvement, leadership development, and professional learning across a network of more than 30 schools in the UAE. She is a Fellow of the International Forum of Inclusive Practitioners and a Leader within the Association for Coaching (UAE).
Working across the UK and Middle East, Olivia partners with senior leaders and organisations to strengthen leadership capability, build coaching cultures, and embed inclusion as a strategic driver of sustainable performance.
