Noureen Khowaja is a Deputy Manager and Early Years educator with over 11 years of experience in early childhood education across Dubai. She holds a Master's degree in Education from Middlesex University Dubai and is passionate about creating nurturing, child-centred learning environments where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Throughout her career, Noureen has worked closely with children, families, and educators, supporting high-quality teaching, positive behaviour approaches, staff development, and inclusive practice. Her leadership is grounded in building strong relationships, fostering emotional wellbeing, and helping educators create classrooms where connection comes before correction.
