Noah Choucair is a Grade 9 student at Dubai American Academy and Co-Founder of PathoScan, an artificial-intelligence initiative dedicated to advancing the early detection of colorectal cancer. PathoScan employs convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to analyse both histological tissue images and stool-derived microbiome data, contributing to more accessible and accurate approaches to cancer screening. His work has been recognised through the UAE's Top Young Innovator competition, in which PathoScan advanced to the semifinal stage, and through ISTE+ASCD, where he was named an AI Innovator. Noah has further shared his perspective as a student researcher through speaking engagements with ISTE.

With a strong interest in biochemical research and genetic engineering, Noah is particularly drawn to the convergence of artificial intelligence, healthcare, and the life sciences, and seeks to investigate how emerging technologies can be applied to pressing real-world challenges. Through PathoScan and related initiatives, he advocates for equipping young people to become creators of technology rather than merely consumers of it.
