Dr. Nagla Ali is an Associate Professor at Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where she also serves as the Graduate Studies Program Chair. In this role, she leads the development and quality assurance of graduate programs, supports faculty and students in research and professional practice, and works closely with educational institutions and government partners to strengthen teacher preparation and educational leadership in the UAE. Through her work, she contributes to improving teaching quality, integrating educational technology, and advancing evidence-based educational practices across the education system.

Dr. Ali is an active researcher with numerous publications in leading international journals and books. Her work focuses on teacher preparation, learning environments, and the integration of innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital tools in education. She has led several funded research projects aimed at improving teaching quality and student learning outcomes in the UAE and internationally.
