Muhammad Rizwan is Head of Testing & Development at the Central Office of AlHussan International Schools, Saudi Arabia, where he leads academic quality processes, assessment coordination, curriculum alignment, common exams, and data analysis across five international schools. He is involved in group-level quality assurance, internal school audits, and review and development of group academic policies. He has nearly three decades of experience in education, including over two decades in senior leadership roles, with an international outlook shaped by educational and cultural contexts across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. His work focuses on fair, reliable, and improvement-focused assessment practices aligned with international standards. He has experience supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes involving Cognia, CIS and IB frameworks. He has delivered workshops and education presentations in multiple countries on data-informed improvement, Assessment for Learning, test construction, quality assurance, accreditation readiness, and UNESCO ASPnet-linked themes including sustainability and international understanding. His current interests include AI-aware assessment design, learning evidence, and using assessment data to guide intervention and improvement.
