Mubarak is an English Language Supervisor with the Ministry of Education in Kuwait and a teacher trainer with over 13 years of experience in English language education, curriculum development and professional learning. He serves as a trainer on the Professional Certificate in English Language Teaching (PCELT), delivered by AMIDEAST in partnership with the School for International Training (SIT) under the patronage of the Ministry of Education and the U.S. Embassy in Kuwait. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and hold multiple Microsoft Educator and Google for Education certifications. He was recently recognised as a Google Educator Group (GEG) Leader for the Ministry of Education in Kuwait. His work focuses on supporting educators through professional development in AI, digital pedagogy, assessment, lesson design, active learning, and instructional innovation, helping teachers integrate technology meaningfully to improve teaching and learning.
