With a background in psychology Michelle has always been interested in understanding what it is that children are trying to tell us when find communication difficult. This has impacted her work and has driven her passion to help adults understand children's behaviour as a form of communication. She has worked in education, across both mainstream, SEMH and generic special schools for the last 25 years and prior to that had a career in HR.
