Marwa Jarrar is a Head of Department with school-wide leadership responsibilities and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with Honors from the Sharjah Education Academy. She has extensive experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher professional development, and school improvement.

Marwa has designed and delivered numerous professional learning programs and Training of Trainers (ToT) workshops in collaboration with the Sharjah Private Education Authority and the Sharjah Education Academy, supporting educators and leaders across the UAE. Her expertise includes transformational leadership, curriculum innovation, data-informed decision-making, and building high-performing teams.

Passionate about developing future-ready schools, Marwa combines research-based practices with practical leadership experience to empower educators, strengthen teaching and learning, and drive sustainable school improvement.
