Manjima Chatterjee is an educational leader, curriculum innovator, and global arts practitioner currently serving as the Head of Sustainability Programs at Shiv Nadar Trust, where she embeds environmental and social stewardship into institutional frameworks. Over a distinguished 14-year tenure at Shiv Nadar School—including roles as Vice Principal and Central Arts Lead—she spearheaded IBDP/IBMYP authorisations and designed India’s first-of-its-kind integrated Arts curriculum, mentoring over 70 educators. An expert in drama-led pedagogy, she is a CBSE-accredited trainer, a Cambridge-distinguished educational leader, and ranked 2nd nationally in the 2024 CENTA International Teaching Professionals’ Olympiad. A trained drama practitioner and an award-winning playwright, her theatrical work has debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and toured globally. Trained by Maya Krishna Rao through India's only PG Diploma in Drama in Education at Shiv Nadar University, she has conducted drama in education workshops with students, educators and leaders across India, anchoring her deep commitment to utilising embodied learning and the arts to drive academic engagement, empathy, and ethical leadership.
