Mandy Edmond is Deputy Vice Chancellor at Norland, which in September 2026 became the world's first University of Early Childhood. Across more than two decades in further and higher education, including 14 years at Norland, she has led on quality, standards, governance and regulation, securing Norland's degree awarding powers and its 2023 Teaching Excellence Framework result: Gold overall, for student experience and for student outcomes. She now leads Norland's international strategy, developing values-led partnerships that bring Norland's evidence-informed, child-centred approach to early childhood centres, training and consultancy across the GCC and beyond.
