Dr. Mahmoud I. Wishah, PhD is an educational developer and senior academic support specialist with over twenty years of leadership experience in higher education, curriculum development, and school improvement across the United Kingdom and the UAE, where he has held significant roles within the Ministry of Education UAE's Learning Development Sector and Curriculum Development Department.
Dr. Wishah has led quality assurance and curriculum implementation across more than twenty schools, at the intersection of educational standards, strategic planning, and systemic reform. He holds a PhD from the University of Salford, Manchester, grounded in science and engineering research and applied across UAE educational reform, including ADEK's Tamkeen leadership programme and the Ministry's Advanced Science Programme across Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai.
A fluent Arabic and English speaker, he has presented at GESS-GEF, BETT Middle East, and international academic conferences, and has collaborated with school leaders on UAE inspection frameworks, self-evaluation processes, and action research.
