Madhu Khanna is an experienced international school leader and educator with over two decades of experience across India, Singapore, and Japan. She has held senior leadership positions in leading international schools and has extensive expertise in the Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes. Her professional journey has been driven by a commitment to academic excellence, teacher development, student well-being, and building future-ready learning communities.

Throughout her career, Madhu has successfully led school improvement initiatives, curriculum implementation, accreditation processes, assessment reforms, and professional learning programmes. Currently serving in a senior leadership role at One World International School, Bengaluru, she works closely with educators and school leaders across 11 countries to strengthen teaching and learning practices while fostering innovation and global-mindedness.
