Loretta Lynn Riggs is an education leader, compliance strategist, and wellness practitioner with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, institutional leadership, regulatory compliance, and transformational wellbeing across the UAE and GCC. She spent 14 years with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), serving in senior leadership roles including Lead Inspector, Policy Advisor, and Early Education Compliance Manager, where she contributed to the development of quality assurance frameworks, policy systems, and national education initiatives.

Loretta currently serves as Compliance Director for Kids First Group (KFG), overseeing compliance, health and safety, quality assurance, and regulatory excellence across one of the region’s leading early childhood education groups.

As Founder of Mindset LLC, Loretta works with organizations, individuals, and communities to create transformational growth through leadership development, executive wellbeing, emotional intelligence, coaching, and therapeutic wellness experiences. Her work integrates art therapy, personal transformation coaching, mindfulness practices, and human-centered leadership development, supporting both individual healing journeys and the creation of healthier, more connected organizational cultures.

She is also a Certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner, integrating breathwork, nervous system regulation, movement, and emotional wellbeing practices into programs designed to help both adults and children thrive.
