Profile

Lola is a Dubai-based Primary Inclusion Specialist with 17 years of experience of bridging the gap between cognitive neuroscience and everyday classroom practice.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, a Level 3 qualification in Counseling Studies, and completing the NPQLBC (Leading Behaviour and Culture), her work focuses on "decoding learning climates" a data-driven approach that shifts the educational paradigm away from traditional, punitive behavior management toward the precise auditing of sensory architectures, cognitive loads and nervous system responses.

Lola is dedicated to moving inclusion from a retroactive support model to a proactive, systemic framework where classroom environments are deliberately engineered for emotional safety and cognitive readiness. Through her digital platform, @decoding.learning.climates she equips educators with the diagnostic tools and psychological literature needed to build adaptive ecosystems where every teacher takes ownership of every child’s success.
