Janice specialises in international university guidance and global admissions strategy, supporting students as they navigate an increasingly complex higher‑education landscape. Drawing on extensive experience as a Head of Sixth Form, UCAS Advisor and EPQ Coordinator in leading international schools, she brings deep expertise in academic pathways, post‑16 progression and personalised student support.

With a background in research and clinical science, as well as years of teaching Biology and Physics across diverse educational settings, Janice takes a data‑informed, student‑centred approach to university preparation. She has led major initiatives including the successful implementation and scaling of the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), helping students build critical thinking, independent research skills and academic readiness.

Alongside her school leadership role, she collaborates on several special projects with external organisations focused on widening access, educational innovation and global admissions insight.
