With 27 years of experience in inclusive education, Jane has worked across all phases of schooling, from Early Years to post-16, within UK and US curricula across the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Her career spans classroom teaching, senior leadership and strategic inclusion, supporting schools to develop inclusive, future-focused approaches that improve outcomes for every learner.

Her work is driven by a commitment to equity, inclusion and wellbeing, ensuring every child can access learning, participate fully and achieve their potential. She translates evidence-informed research into practical strategies that strengthen teaching, build teacher confidence and create inclusive school cultures.

She has extensive experience supporting diverse learners, including those with additional learning, social, emotional and mental health needs. Through professional learning, coaching and collaborative leadership, she helps schools embed sustainable, whole-school approaches that improve outcomes and strengthen staff capacity.
