Ishrat Siddiqui is the Founder and Secretary-General of ModelCOP, a global education initiative empowering students to engage with climate change, sustainability and international diplomacy through experiential learning. With over a decade of experience designing and delivering Model United Nations, climate and leadership programmes across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, he has worked with schools, governments, international organisations and youth networks to create future-ready learning experiences.

She is the creator of several educational platforms and competitions, including ModelCOP, ModelBRICS, the Youth Environment Olympiad and the UAE Family Olympiad. Her work integrates sustainability education, diplomacy, leadership development and emerging technologies to prepare students for 21st-century global challenges.

An advocate for AI-enhanced learning, she is developing intelligent educational tools that support student engagement, research, critical thinking and policy innovation. Her programmes have engaged thousands of students worldwide, building the next generation of climate leaders, global citizens and changemakers.

She advises schools and organisations on climate education, youth engagement and future skills development.
