Hiba Sharfi is a marketing leader with international experience across the Middle East and the UK. As Head of Marketing for the MENA region at VS Furniture Middle East, she leads regional brand strategy, communications and marketing initiatives across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

With a Master’s degree in Leadership and Coaching and a background in marketing and entrepreneurship, Hiba brings a distinctive perspective to the relationship between brand identity, physical environments and human experience.

An experienced public speaker, she has shared her insights at industry events, including Future Schools Summit 2026, and as a guest lecturer at Canadian University Dubai.

Her work explores how learning environments influence school identity, stakeholder perceptions and brand experience, encouraging educational institutions to look beyond traditional marketing and consider how everyday experiences shape reputation, trust and advocacy.
