Eng. Hiba Ekhlassi is Head of Robotics & STEM at Al Faris International Schools in KSA, with over 10 years of experience in STEM education, robotics, AI, programming and educational technology. She holds a BSc in Mechanical Robotics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Advanced Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence. A certified trainer in AI, programming, robotics, cybersecurity and gaming, she leads the integration of emerging technologies across K–12 learning and trains educators in future-focused teaching practices. Hiba has led students to numerous awards and first-place achievements in robotics, AI and STEM competitions at national and international levels. She is also a certified coach and judge in major international robotics competitions, including VEX and FIRST LEGO League (FLL), with experience across global competition frameworks including WRO. She has spoken at education conferences in Saudi Arabia and internationally and is a GESS Education Awards 2026 finalist for Best Use of STEAM Learning in the Classroom.
