Hendro Widjaya is the Superintendent of Bina Bangsa Schools and President of the Association of National and Private Schools (ANPS) Indonesia. With more than 21 years of K–12 education experience, he oversees academic human resources, leadership development, curriculum quality, and school improvement across Bina Bangsa’s six campuses in Indonesia.
Under his leadership, Bina Bangsa Schools has strengthened its Cambridge and Singapore-influenced academic programme while consistently achieving Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards, including Top in the World and Top in Indonesia.
As President of ANPS Indonesia, an association representing approximately 400 member schools, Hendro creates professional-learning opportunities for educators and school leaders. He has led and supported educational conferences, school visits, professional exchanges, and collaborations involving Finland, Australia, Malaysia, China, the United Kingdom, and other global education communities.
His key interests include future-ready curriculum design, artificial intelligence in education, leadership development, practical life skills, and preparing students not only for examinations, but also for the opportunities and uncertainties of their future.
