Dr. Helen Wright is a highly regarded global education leader, executive coach and governance adviser, with an energetic career spanning more than three decades in UK and international education. Having spent over 13 years leading schools and holding national and international education roles in the UK and Australia, she now works independently with schools, Boards, leadership teams and individual leaders around the world.

A central thread throughout Dr Helen’s work is helping people grow into leadership and become increasingly effective once they get there. She supports aspiring and established leaders through executive coaching, leadership development, psychometrics and senior leadership recruitment, and works with leadership teams and Boards to strengthen relationships, sharpen thinking and improve organisational effectiveness. She is also an Associate of LSC Education, recruiting senior leaders for international schools.

Warm, energetic and incisive, Dr Helen challenges people to think ambitiously about both their own potential and the impact they can have on others. She holds several Board Director roles and currently works with schools, leaders and organisations across the GCC, Europe, the US, Asia and Australia.
