Dr. Hala Al Khalifa is Head of the Education Studies Department at Bahrain Teachers College, University of Bahrain, and holds a PhD in Learning and Leadership from UCL London. She previously spent seven years as a Project Manager in the Office of the Undersecretary for Education at the Bahrain Ministry of Education, working on educational policy and reform. Her research and professional expertise centre on school improvement and effectiveness, with a particular focus on the Arab region, alongside a strong commitment to inclusive education.
