Genesco Dela Cruz is the Head of ICT, Computer Science, Robotics and Innovation Coordinator at Jumeirah College, Dubai. He is the creator of Innovation OS, a whole school framework that helps schools build sustainable cultures of innovation where students become creators, entrepreneurs and problem solvers.

A GESS Education Awards finalist, Genesco has led award winning initiatives in AI, student entrepreneurship and digital transformation. His work includes Shark Tank DXB, establishing the Student Innovation Team, developing a student built digital planner and leading whole school AI implementation, empowering students to create solutions with real world impact.

Before education, Genesco was a professional dancer. Dance taught him that innovation is born through creativity, adaptability and finding solutions under pressure. Those principles now shape his approach to leadership, inspiring schools to embrace change with confidence.

Genesco's mission is to help educators move beyond using technology and instead build schools where innovation becomes the operating system that powers learning, leadership and lasting impact.
