Gemma Peebles is an experienced leader, educator advocate and disruptor with over 20 years of leadership in the education sector.
Gemma is a highly respected voice in post-16 education and employability. As the founder and CEO of Harrison College Doncaster, she has plays a vital role in supporting internships, pathways, and inclusive opportunities for young people with additional needs. Her work has contributed to strengthening real-world employability outcomes and inclusive education pathways, helping learners successfully transition into meaningful roles after education.
In recognition of her leadership and influence across the region, Gemma holds the position of Vice President of Doncaster Chamber of Commerce, where she advocates for collaboration between education and business.
