Dr. Jamal Ahmed Fouad Hashim is Head of Arabic at JSS Private School, Dubai. He holds a Ph.D. in Arabic Curriculum and Methods from Suez Canal University and an M.Ed. from Sultan Idris University, Malaysia. A UAE Golden Visa holder in Culture & Arts, he has 15+ years of experience teaching Arabic to native/non‑native speakers, leading departments, and training internationally. He holds an Ijazah in the ten Qira'at, is a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE 2025), and holds Google certifications and TOT credentials from the British and Indian Councils. Publications include a grammar analysis of Arabiyya Bayna Yadayk (2024) and a study on leadership in teacher development (2019). He presented at the 10th & 11th International Conferences on Arabic in Dubai (2025 on literary text obstacles), and spoke at GESS Dubai, the ABT Summit, and the Dubai College of Arabic Conference. He authored The Comprehensive Teacher's Guide (2023) and poetry collection Fu'adan (2019). He trained 2,000+ teachers in AI/EdTech and produces YouTube content. He aims to share expertise in curriculum development and tech integration to shape the future of Arabic education from the UAE.
