Galemarie Ola is the Head of Student Services at American Gulf School in the UAE. She leads behavior, inclusion, wellbeing, attendance, safeguarding, and intervention services, with a particular interest in helping schools move from reactive student support to proactive, school-wide systems.

Her work focuses on building practical frameworks that combine high expectations with high support, strengthen teacher capacity, and improve outcomes for all students. Rather than viewing behavior, wellbeing, and inclusion as separate initiatives, she believes schools achieve the greatest impact when these systems work together.

Galemarie holds a Master's degree in Education from Howard University and enjoys challenging traditional thinking about student support, school culture, and educational leadership.
