Born and raised in Dubai, Gala Radinovic is an educational leader with more than ten years of experience in UAE schools and a passion for helping students discover the power of language, literacy, and learning. As Head of Lower Elementary, she leads school improvement initiatives focused on instructional quality, teacher development, student achievement, and building systems that create lasting impact.

Gala holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and New York University and has completed leadership studies through the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her career spans classroom teaching, department leadership, educational consulting, and whole-school improvement, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges facing schools in the UAE and beyond.

Known for combining data-driven decision-making with practical classroom realities, Gala recently led a reading improvement initiative that raised attainment from 59.85% to 85.57% in a single academic year. A lifelong book lover and advocate for literacy, she is passionate about equipping educators with strategies that are realistic, sustainable, and capable of transforming outcomes for students.
