Finneen Bradley is the founder of WonderLeap, a platform that raises aspirations, broadens horizons and builds future-ready skills in children aged 5 to 12. For over twenty years she has helped people discover what they are capable of, working across careers education, employability and workforce development. In that time she saw the same pattern again and again: by the time anyone asked young people what they wanted to do, many had already decided what they could not.

WonderLeap is her answer. It reaches children at the age when their sense of what is possible is still being formed, and gives every child, whatever their background or ability, the chance to picture a wider future. A Level 7 qualified careers professional, Finneen is a Career Development Institute Associate in Northern Ireland and Founding Director of Wonderleap and Finnesse Careers and Empowerment C.I.C.

She is also a former world champion in kickboxing and karate, and brings the same belief to education that she brought to the ring: confidence is built early, and no child should be told their limits before they have had the chance to find them.
