Eni Ogon is an entrepreneur, educator, and CEO who founded Teenee Todds Day Nursery in 2010 and Broadoaks British School in 2016, building both into respected institutions serving local and international families in Nigeria. She is known for creating sustainable, process-driven organisations that achieve long-term growth and operational excellence.

She serves as Chair of the Board for the Broadoaks British School Group and Trustee of Transcend Education Nigeria, a charity focused on the holistic development of African youth.

Eni is a sought-after speaker on leadership, governance, education, and organisational growth. She has spoken at the 41st COBIS Annual Conference, presented a keynote on children's mental wellness at the My Child Psyche Initiative, and most recently shared her framework for scaling social enterprises at the Christ Embassy Abuja Zone 1 Business Seminar. She also served as a panelist at the Bank of Industry International Women's Day Celebration.

Committed to expanding access to quality education, she funds annual scholarships and leads the Educate.Nigeria.Initiative, with a vision to provide free education to one million young people across Nigeria.
