Her work focuses on translating evidence-informed practice into high-impact teacher development, building collaborative professional learning cultures, and creating sustainable systems that connect professional development with school improvement and improved outcomes for students. With extensive experience working directly with schools, leaders and teachers, Emma is passionate about ensuring professional learning is purposeful, practical and responsive to the evolving needs of educators and the students they serve.
