As an early childhood education leader and currently the Chief Operating Officer at Little Diamond Nursery, I bring over 22 years of experience in the UAE's education sector. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of founding and leading nurseries, overseeing multiple nursery branches and supporting educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences. My expertise spans educational leadership, curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and the KHDA and MOE Inspection Framework, with a strong focus on creating child-centred environments where every child can thrive. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and have enriched my practice through international professional learning in Italy, Finland, Greece, and Portugal. I am passionate about sharing practical, evidence-based strategies that inspire educators, strengthen leadership, and ultimately improve outcomes for young children.
